About
My name is Brandon and I am a free software pragmatist, urban mobility advocate, and generally curmudgeonly individual. I enjoy reading mostly science fiction but am also willing to explore other genres of fiction. Most of the non-fiction I read concerns technology, productivity, politics, and urban development.
I’ve been working in IT for the past 8 years and have developed some opinions about the world of technology. While I also opine on things not related to technology, it remains a big part of my life, constantly fighting a cognitive dissonance between being simultaneously excited and terrified by advancements in the industry.
This blog is dedicated to the more formal expression of my opinions, rather than shouting into the void with a 500 character limit.
